Screwfix Direct Limited, the UK’s largest direct and online supplier of trade tools, accessories and hardware products, have agreed a long term 10 year lease on the 4,020 sq ft Unit 3.

This latest deal means that Unit 6 and 15 are the only available industrial units on the estate; and measure 3,000 sq ft and 2,800 sq ft.
The estate is in an established trade counter location, and existing tenants on the industrial park include Dulux, Johnstons Decorating Centre and McLaren Sports Homes.
Leigh Commerce Park is located just off the East Lancashire Road (A580), and is approximately 10 miles east and Liverpool 18 miles to the West.
